What happens if you stop paying the subscription?
The service is deactivated: the website goes offline and the Google Maps listing stops linking to the site we maintain. It's a subscription model: as long as the fee is up to date, the service stays active.
Can you acquire the website and manage it yourself?
This service is offered on a subscription basis: the client uses the website while the subscription is active. If you need your own project (code and hosting under your control), you can request a separate quote.
What changes are included in the subscription?
Reasonable updates within normal business use: hours, phone number and address; section texts (description, services); adding or removing simple sections, depending on your plan.
Does it include social media management?
No. We don't offer social media management or recurring content creation. The scope of the service is web presence, Google Maps and QR code.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the plan and content availability (copy, images). For the Professional Presence plan it's usually a few days; for the Custom Solution, the timeline is defined in the proposal based on scope.
Do the plans include a custom domain?
The Advanced E-commerce and Custom Solution plans include a custom .com domain (registration and annual renewal at no extra cost). For other plans, a custom domain can be added as an extra.
Under whose name is the domain registered?
Domains are registered through our management account for easier technical administration, but they belong to the client. If the service is cancelled, the domain renewal stops and we facilitate the transfer of ownership if the client requests it.
